Sunflower Lecithin is here to help those ducts! If you've ever had a clogged duct before, you know it hurts like heck. Once milk gets backed up in the breast, it can quickly become engorged, and if left untreated, develop into the dreaded mastitis.*
Dynamic Duo Prenatal: Take 2 Morning capsules in the morning (AM) with food and 2 Evening capsules in the evening (PM) with food.
Liquid Gold®: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. Take with food and drink to thirst. Not for use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your healthcare provider before using, especially if you are diabetic or hypoglycemic, as product may lower blood sugar. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, may occur, in which case discontinue use. Take with food and stay hydrated. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
She’s Thirsty Electrolyte Mix: Add 1 stick pack to 16 fl oz of water and mix thoroughly.
Sunflower Lecithin: For clogged ducts, take 1 softgel 3-4 times daily. For daily maintenance, take 1 softgel 2 times daily.

The prenatals are amazing. The sunflower lecithin has been a life saver since I constantly get clogged ducts. Liquid gold has made me start producing 9-10 ounces every time I pump.
