After starting liquid gold, I noticed an increase in my milk supply in 48 hours! I am taking less than the recommended amount simply because I am bad at taking middle of the day medications so I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and have gone from pumping 1-2 ounces to 3.5-4!!! And that is after baby has fed!
I have also paired it with lactivist so that seems to be a dynamic duo!
