I’m so glad I tried this after being dissatisfied with the Liquid Gold supplements. I hadn’t noticed any difference with that one and if anything it may have hurt my supply but I decided to give pump princess a try and I noticed a difference within 24 hours. I’ve only been taking it for a couple days and my supply has already increased by at least half an ounce and I haven’t changed my pump schedule at all. I’m 5 weeks pp and an under supplier unfortunately and before taking the supplement, I would get barely an ounce a day but since taking it, I’ve seen it increased to 1.5-2 ounces for the day. I hope to see that number climb but I’m happy to see some kind of increase. My baby is mostly formula fed by I like to incorporate my breast milk as much as possible. For anyone who is an under supplier like me, I recommend trying it out. I know it can be discouraging to see all the over suppliers but stick with it if your mental healths allows it
