We separate our doses because your nutrient needs change throughout the day.     Best prenatals

    I love These prenatal! I will Not buy any other kind! These have helped with the leg cramps and help me to sleep through the night. Also these having iron in them I dint Have to take the extra iron pill!

    Night and Day Difference (Literally!)

    I started taking these around Week 15 of my pregnancy, so it's been five weeks now. I was perpetually exhausted while taking a HUGE one-and-done prenatal. Switching to this day and night formulation has made a massive difference in my energy levels. As a professional scientist, I believe it's due to the meticulous formulation allowing for optimal absorption by separating important but competing ingredients that provide benefits at different times of day. There's also the bonus of added choline, which is a huge benefit with the price of eggs nowadays! The one drawback is if you have a hard time swallowing pills, these capsules can be pretty floaty in your throat, but this is totally fixable. Taking them with food is VERY important, particularly with the AM pills that contain iron! My trick is actually taking them with a few sips of sparkling water, a few minutes apart. When I am able to do that, I avoid the gag (always important for pregnant people!) and everything goes smoothly! Thank you, Legendairy Milk!

    Great all-in-one supplement

    It is different to remember to take it morning and night, but I love not having to take additional supplements like choline or omegas because it's all in one. I'm currently postpartum and plan to continue taking this while I'm breastfeeding and for a bit after.

Who should take prenatal vitamins? Are they only for pregnancy?

Dynamic Duo Prenatal is specifically formulated to provide women with a powerful blend of essential vitamins and minerals that are crucial for supporting the needs of both mom and baby. We understand that every stage of pregnancy comes with its unique set of nutritional requirements. Whether you're trying to conceive, already pregnant, nursing/pumping for your little one, or caring for yourself postpartum, Dynamic Duo Prenatal is for women of all stages.

When should I start taking a prenatal?

Anytime! Ideally, you'll start taking prenatal vitamins before conception. Three months prior is recommended but not required. In fact, it's generally a good idea for women of reproductive age to take prenatal vitamins regularly. Dynamic Duo Prenatal is designed to help support you and your baby before, during, and after pregnancy!

How close together can I take the AM and PM doses?

We recommend taking the two (2) morning capsules in the AM with food (breakfast) and the two (2) evening capsules in the PM with food (dinner). If you would like to take your doses closer together, it’s best to wait at least 2 hours between doses to ensure the full benefits of both the AM and PM vitamins/nutrients.

Is this prenatal free of the major 9 allergens?

Dynamic Duo Prenatal is free from dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and sesame! Our Vitamin K2 is sourced naturally from fermented chickpeas. Chickpeas are a type of legume, a family of plants that also includes peanuts. Most people with peanut allergies tolerate other legumes, like chickpeas, without a reaction. However, if you have any concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider.

Are there any fishy smells because of the added DHA?

It’s no secret that DHA is sourced from the ocean, but we've taken extra care to ensure that Dynamic Duo Prenatal is safe on the senses. In fact, we’ve included a lemon essence tab in your AM bottle to ensure peak freshness and a delightful lemony scent.

What is the expiration date?

The date you'll see on the bottle is the Manufacturing Date. The expiration date is 18 months from that date. For example, if the Manufacturing Date is 09/2024 then the Expiration date is 03/2026.
