We separate our doses because your nutrient needs change throughout the day. Our AM dose includes ingredients to help support all-day energy levels and mood, while our PM dose includes ingredients to help you relax and support healthy sleep. I learned about Legendairy Milk from my sister, who just had a baby this summer. The lactation products have helped her so much! I just started TTC and when I saw an ad come across my feed for Legendairy Milk, I almost kept on scrolling, but then I realized they have products for before pregnancy too. I bought the Myo & D-Chiro Inositol Chewables a couple months ago and just bought the Prenatal as well. So far so good! The Myo & D-Chiro has helped with regulating my cycle, which was previously a bit inconsistent, and the Prenatal is giving me peace of mind that my body is getting the vitamins it needs to ya know.. grow a human. Love that this company is supporting mamas before they even become mamas and I plan on continuing to use their products throughout my journey!

The Perfect Postnatal Vitamin!
I've been using Legendairy Milk's lactation supplements for a few months now & they've been a gamechanger for my milk supply! I read that it's important to keep taking a prenatal vitamin throughout postpartum to support baby's nutrients (if you're breastfeeding) and mom's nutrients.. cause us moms need all the help we can get! Up until recently, I was just taking the prenatal I took during pregnancy, but was so excited to see this new one from Legendairy Milk - I switched almost immediately, since I've had such an amazing experience with Liquid Gold & Pump Princess, and am so glad I did. The lemon scent in the morning pills is a nice touch too!

Dynamic Duo indeed!
I'm currently pregnant with Baby #2 and am so glad I found this prenatal! When I was pregnant with my first, I felt like I was taking soOo many vitamins and supplements to get the nutrients my doctor recommended. The pills were adding up! And.. I'll spare you the details.. but with my terrible morning sickness, I was having trouble keeping them all down. I love that with this prenatal, it's just two pills in the morning and two at night (totally manageable) AND I know I'm getting what me and my baby need.

Best prenatal!
I love all of Legendairy Milk's products. When I heard about their prenatal, I knew it would be the highest quality for me and my baby. Not having to take an extra choline supplement is super important, and I really love the AM/PM dosing. Will definitely recommend to my pregnant and postpartum friends!

Amazing Ingredients!
I've been looking for a postnatal supplement to take after having my little one, and because I'm breastfeeding I'm very cautious of what I put in my body. I could not believe that Legendairy Milk came out with a pre/during/postnatal supplement with clinically-studied ingredients! I feel safe taking it in postpartum, and will be sure to continue taking it when we're ready to plan for our next baby. :)

Who should take prenatal vitamins? Are they only for pregnancy?

Dynamic Duo® Prenatal is specifically formulated to provide women with a powerful blend of essential vitamins and minerals that are crucial for supporting the needs of both mom and baby. We understand that every stage of pregnancy comes with its unique set of nutritional requirements. Whether you're trying to conceive, already pregnant, nursing/pumping for your little one, or caring for yourself postpartum, Dynamic Duo® Prenatal is for women of all stages.

When should I start taking a prenatal?

Anytime! Ideally, you'll start taking prenatal vitamins before conception. Three months prior is recommended but not required. In fact, it's generally a good idea for women of reproductive age to take prenatal vitamins regularly. Dynamic Duo® Prenatal is designed to help support you and your baby before, during, and after pregnancy!

How close together can I take the AM and PM doses?

We recommend taking the two (2) morning capsules in the AM with food (breakfast) and the two (2) evening capsules in the PM with food (dinner). If you would like to take your doses closer together, it’s best to wait at least 2 hours between doses to ensure the full benefits of both the AM and PM vitamins/nutrients.

Is this prenatal free of the major 9 allergens?

Dynamic Duo® Prenatal is free from dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and sesame! Our Vitamin K2 is sourced naturally from fermented chickpeas. Chickpeas are a type of legume, a family of plants that also includes peanuts. Most people with peanut allergies tolerate other legumes, like chickpeas, without a reaction. However, if you have any concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider.

Are there any fishy smells because of the added DHA?

It’s no secret that DHA is sourced from the ocean, but we've taken extra care to ensure that Dynamic Duo® Prenatal is safe on the senses. In fact, we’ve included a lemon essence tab in your AM bottle to ensure peak freshness and a delightful lemony scent.

What is the expiration date?

The date you'll see on the bottle is the Manufacturing Date. The expiration date is 18 months from that date. For example, if the Manufacturing Date is 09/2024 then the Expiration date is 03/2026.
