How To Use

Lacta-Biotic Capsules: Take one (1) capsule daily, with food or between meals.

Healthy and hydrated
These products have increased my supply by a few oz every pump and I could not be happier! I’ve regulated and usually feed on demand with the occasional bottle and have been wanting to build my stash more, these products have made that possible. Absolutely! She’s Thirsty was designed with pregnant and breastfeeding mamas in mind, plus all women who need a little hydration boost.

How often can I drink She's Thirsty?

One packet of She’s Thirsty can be mixed with 16 fl oz of water as needed to support hydration. In situations where you are losing more fluids—like during intense exercise, hot weather, or illness—you can increase your daily intake up to 4 servings. It's essential to not over-consume, as too many electrolytes (particularly Sodium) can have negative effects. We happen to have significantly less Sodium compared to other leading brands. Always consider your individual health conditions or consult with a healthcare professional if unsure!

Can I take Lacta-biotic™ and Lechita before the birth of my child?

Lacta-biotic™ can be taken during late-term pregnancy and during all stages of life, but as with any dietary supplement or probiotic, please consult with a skilled lactation professional and a physician before using this product especially if you are pregnant, nursing, experiencing nipple or breast pain or otherwise under medical supervision. Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Lechita while pregnant.
