Very fine and honestly taste good

I made some truly delicious cookies with this and can honestly say there’s no taste to them which makes it even better because nothing beats my oats peanut butter chocolate chip lactation cookies!!!

So adding this to my morning coffee was king of gross and the flavor was too strong. But I made the recipes from their recipe guide and they were actually pretty good! Especially the protein shakes! Super great in the mornings and it’s given me a 1-2 oz increase per side !

Not the best tasting, but definitely helps with milk production. I put it in oatmeal and noticed an increase in my milk production in just a few days.

This is such a great way to get more of what I need! Throw it in anything you're eating or make lactation balls! It works wonders.
