I combined taking this with the Liquid Gold supplement and my milk seems to have increased. I mix it in with my daily protein shake and I won’t say it tastes absolutely wonderful, but it’s palatable and definitely worth it to increase milk supply.

I absolutely love this product! I’ve noticed a great increase when I add it to my daily routine. I use this daily in my oatmeal as well as in lactation cookies and smoothies. The possibilities are endless. The taste is very mild and I do not taste it in anything I add it to! I can’t wait for it to be back in stock!
