    No taste

    I was hesitant to try this brewers yeast because the last one I had from another brand had such a distinct taste I was worried it would be the same with this one but nope! I don’t have to try super hard to mask the taste and it’s sooo much easier to mix it in my coffee and oatmeal!

    Actually helps increase your supply

    I mix this with my coffee every morning and definitely see an increase! I can’t taste it at all, especially in coffee or my protein shakes.

    No side effects for me or baby either.

    I bought back up bags just so I always have it on hand!

    Milk supply doubled!

    I am 5 weeks pp to a preemie who was born at 32 weeks. I was pumping 1-2 oz every 2-3hrs. She is still in the NICU and I am working hard at building up my milk in the NICU for her to eat daily and in the freezer at home for when she gets home! I put this in my lactation cookies and I ate about 3-4 cookies/day (with no guilt😌) and I am now pumping 3-5 ounces every 2-3 hrs! So grateful for this product, and I love how I can pay $15 for a whole bag of brewer's yeast versus purchasing the pre-made lactation cookies for $20.
