I did not take any supplements with my first and was a “just enough” supplier so it took a while to build a freezer stash. With my second, I started taking this brewers yeast powder every morning as soon as we got home from the hospital and it has helped boost my supply. I wouldn’t say I’m an over-supplier, but I have been able to produce a lot more this time around which has allowed me to build a freezer stash sooner with the extra ounces. At first I would put it in my morning coffee, but the taste is not the best so I started putting it into a shake instead and that works much better for me. I would recommend trying it!
