Whether you’re a 1st time mom or not, this class is a super helpful refresher on positioning and covers details you don’t get in the hospital. The visuals with breast & baby puppets make it easy to understand how baby should be latching. Definitely signing up for 1 on 1 consultation after this.

The class was full of interesting and helpful information. We were encouraged to ask questions throughout and at the end of each segment the questions were answered. I went in with a specific concern and I got several helpful tips and resources out of it. Listening to other people’s questions was a good reminder that I’m not alone in this. Thank you!

Despite this being my second time breastfeeding, we've ran into some issues, and I learned so much in this class! We've worked with the same lactation consultant both times, but she had never mentioned many of the things covered in this class, such as: benefits of recline & side lying positions, making sure Mom is comfortable (e.g. letting your breast hang where it is rather than hold it up for baby), myths about lip and tongue ties, etc. This class is great for people at all stages of breastfeeding who want to learn some new tips & tricks that will help make breastfeeding more comfortable to all involved!
