Dynamic Duo Prenatal is an AM/PM supplement that provides a comprehensive blend of 25 essential vitamins and minerals for around-the-clock support before, during, and after pregnancy.* Continuing to take a prenatal vitamin, postpartum helps to replete what may have been diminished.*

Cash Cow® lactation supplement contains 4 powerful organic herbs to boost breast milk supply. It can also be used in the final weeks of pregnancy to strengthen the body in preparation for birth.*

Lacta-Biotic® is designed to support your intestinal flora and ease breast discomfort due to mammary dysbiosis with the Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716 probiotic strain - the same one found in human breast milk. Studies suggest that preventively taking L.fermentum CECT5716 may help support breast discomfort and maintain healthy breast function.*

How To Use

Dynamic Duo Prenatal: Take 2 Morning capsules in the morning (AM) with food and 2 Evening capsules in the evening (PM) with food.

Cash Cow Capsules: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. If approved by your healthcare provider, product may be suitable for use after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Lacta-Biotic Capsules: Take one (1) capsule daily, with food or between meals.

When should I start taking a prenatal?

Anytime! Ideally, you'll start taking prenatal vitamins before conception. Three months prior is recommended but not required. In fact, it's generally a good idea for women of reproductive age to take prenatal vitamins regularly. Dynamic Duo® Prenatal is designed to help support you and your baby before, during, and after pregnancy!

How close together can I take the AM and PM doses?

We recommend taking the two (2) morning capsules in the AM with food (breakfast) and the two (2) evening capsules in the PM with food (dinner). If you would like to take your doses closer together, it’s best to wait at least 2 hours between doses to ensure the full benefits of both the AM and PM vitamins/nutrients.

What are the benefits of Cash Cow?

The herbs in Cash Cow have been shown to assist with milk production, milk enrichment and nutrition, mammary gland stimulation, prolactin release, milk flow and let-downs, and can help support insulin signaling in the body.

Is Cash Cow safe to take while pregnant?

Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking any supplements while pregnant with ingredients that haven't been part of clinical studies. For example, some ingredients in Cash Cow like alfalfa can be taken earlier in pregnancy. However, moringa has only been researched for its use with late-term mothers. Moringa is considered part of the cuisine in some Asian countries so it's a well-tolerated lactogenic plant, but out of an abundance of caution, we typically defer to the study that was done around 36 weeks of pregnancy when making recommendations for starting Cash Cow which can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Can I take Lacta-Biotic before the birth of my child?

Lacta-biotic can be taken during late-term pregnancy and during all stages of life, but as with any dietary supplement or probiotic, please consult with a skilled lactation professional and a physician before using this product especially if you are pregnant, nursing, experiencing nipple or breast pain or otherwise under medical supervision.
