As a postpartum and breastfeeding mom, I definitely need a little caffeine boost to get me through the day. I would usually turn to Diet Coke like I used to, but I'm avoiding it because of the health concerns associated with aspartame. There are studies that have linked aspartame with mood swings, anxiety, confusion, etc. Some studies are linking it to cancer, other studies are not linking it. But a massive french study showed it has cancer rates the same with a high refined sugar intake, do with this what you will. For me personally, it triggers intense migraines.
I learned about She’s Electric from a mom friend and brought it on our family spring break trip. It turned out to be the perfect mixer for cocktails! I love that it satisfies my cola cravings but it’s sugar free and actually good for you.

Former caffeine addict here, but I stopped drinking coffee during pregnancy and shockingly I like the way I feel overall without it- BUT I definitely needed a little boost once I was postpartum/breastfeeding, and this has been the perfect solution! Love the cola taste too!
