Suggested Use

Take one (1) capsule daily, with food or between meals.

    I’ve been taking Lacta-Biotic for a while now and honestly it works. I’ve noticed way less pain while breastfeeding, which has been such a relief.     No more clogs!

    I was 8 months into breastfeeding when I started getting recurrent clogs almost weekly. I started taking these after hearing about them from an IBCLC and it’s gotten so much better!! In the last 3 months I’ve only had one and that was more due to my baby going a longer stretch without feeding. Highly recommend!
