I actually alternate taking this and smitten kitten each day. Some probiotics give me cramps or diarrhea after starting them, but there was no adjustment period with these. Seems to be working well.

This probiotic has your girl back to going more on a regular basis again 🙏🏽🙌🏽 omg it feels so good to be getting back into a regular track and I’ve only been taking these for about a week. Hoping to get back to everyday again being consistent with these. So far it has me going about every other day right now but better than what I was which was almost once or twice every 4 -5 days so definitely making progress already
