Legendairy Milk Inserts are exclusively designed to fit right inside your Silicone Collection Cups and most 24 mm traditional plastic breast shields.

TIP: The insert is very soft and pliable. When inserting it into a hard plastic shield, applying a dab of pumping spray or coconut oil may help the insert slide in more easily.

    Saved my pumping journey

    I’m an EPer and this journey I discovered I have elastic nipples. Pumping was excruciatingly painful until these inserts came along. I no longer dread pumping!

    Very comfortable inserts

    I used the free printable sizing guide and found that I needed to go down a size from the commercial 21 mm flange normally provided with the pumps. I was noticing that I felt like a wasn't being emptied 100% and noticed that my supply was going down as a result. I ordered these and feel empty now and also have much more comfortable pumoing sessions! These insers fit my Medela hands free cups.

    Great for elastic nips

    These are so comfortable that I’ve had to check my legendairy cups because I didn’t feel any pull, so I was worried that it wasn’t even working. Sure enough I had milk, so that’s when I realized they’re awesome! Great for elastic nipples when you get your true size, so pretty much no areola. Because of my elasticity, the beaugen cushions didn’t work for me. They weren’t long enough and would make my nipple mushroom out at the end and would hurt when they were coming back from a pull. Legendairy inserts have a long enough length.
