Haven’t yet tried all of them but for sure I’d say Liquod Gold has helped me with my supply. I get a little gassy but not so much and my baby takes it well.

So in august I had gotten Covid and was really sick for about a week n half. My supply tanked and I had started to try and build it back up but was getting nowhere maybe an oz total out of both breast every 3hrs now I pump or 4-5 oz in total every 3hrs . Pump Princess worked for me , I haven't tried liquid gold just yet but I will once I'm done with pump Princess . Cash cow I did notice the bit of milke I was getting was fattier . I'd say the products are worth the try .
