    Worked for me

    I got this to try when my period came back and I started seeing a reduction in my supply. I started with Liquid Gold and take it twice daily during the week leading up to my period and continue through the following week. Since doing this I have pumped an extra 2-3 ounces per day during my period week than I was previously. I plan to try each one to see what helps the most!

    Perfection!
