We all react differently to herbs and what works wonders for one person may not have the same impact on others so we often suggest the Bestseller Bundle or Build a Bundle to start. 

With any bundle, you can try multiple products at a reduced price. We recommend trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to determine what works best for you.

Yes! First, we suggest trying one lactation supplement at a time for at least 7-10 days. We all have very unique body chemistries and react differently to herbs, so trying them individually can help determine which products work best for you!

If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them, you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Each lactation supplement contains a different main ingredient, or herbal galactagogue. We all have unique body chemistries and health histories, so you many not have the same experience with each product. A product that works wonders for one person may not have the same effect on another which is why we offer a variety of blends to help you find the best fit for your breastfeeding needs.
