We separate our doses because your nutrient needs change throughout the day. Our AM dose includes ingredients to help support all-day energy levels and mood, while our PM dose includes ingredients to help you relax and support healthy sleep.     Very easy on my stomach

    I’ve been taking these four months postpartum to reduce the chance of being deficient in my vitamins. I’ve always had issues taking prenatals because they seem to be hard on my stomach, but I love these and have been having no symptoms. I will continue to re-order them.

    The prenatal I’ve been looking for!

    When I first came across this prenatal I was so impressed with the list of ingredients! It truly was the only prenatal I found that checked all the boxes for me. On top of that, the packaging is so cute, they have no fishy taste like many others do, and they don’t upset my stomach at all. Definitely will continue taking these vitamins!

    FINALLY!

    I LOVE this duo! I am not usually one to rave about a product, but this one is worth the time. I am pregnant with my 6th baby and after trying every prenatal you can think of, I finally found this duo. I was 28 weeks when I started it and I am bummed I didn’t find it sooner. It’s the ONLY one that doesn’t make me sick, doesn’t make my urine lime green, and it actually WORKS! I have more energy throughout the day and I am sleeping better at night. I notice when I forget that PM dose. Don’t forget it! I am obsessed and will take this duo well past my pregnancy. It’s worth it and it’s not nearly as much as others I’ve tried. I LOVE this product!!!

FAQs

Who should take prenatal vitamins? Are they only for pregnancy?

Dynamic Duo Prenatal is specifically formulated to provide women with a powerful blend of essential vitamins and minerals that are crucial for supporting the needs of both mom and baby. We understand that every stage of pregnancy comes with its unique set of nutritional requirements. Whether you're trying to conceive, already pregnant, nursing/pumping for your little one, or caring for yourself postpartum, Dynamic Duo Prenatal is for women of all stages.

When should I start taking a prenatal?

Anytime! Ideally, you'll start taking prenatal vitamins before conception. Three months prior is recommended but not required. In fact, it's generally a good idea for women of reproductive age to take prenatal vitamins regularly. Dynamic Duo Prenatal is designed to help support you and your baby before, during, and after pregnancy!

How close together can I take the AM and PM doses?

We recommend taking the two (2) morning capsules in the AM with food (breakfast) and the two (2) evening capsules in the PM with food (dinner). If you would like to take your doses closer together, it’s best to wait at least 2 hours between doses to ensure the full benefits of both the AM and PM vitamins/nutrients.

Is this prenatal free of the major 9 allergens?

Dynamic Duo Prenatal is free from dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and sesame! Our Vitamin K2 is sourced naturally from fermented chickpeas. Chickpeas are a type of legume, a family of plants that also includes peanuts. Most people with peanut allergies tolerate other legumes, like chickpeas, without a reaction. However, if you have any concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider.

Are there any fishy smells because of the added DHA?

It’s no secret that DHA is sourced from the ocean, but we've taken extra care to ensure that Dynamic Duo Prenatal is safe on the senses. In fact, we’ve included a lemon essence tab in your AM bottle to ensure peak freshness and a delightful lemony scent.

What is the expiration date?

The date you'll see on the bottle is the Manufacturing Date. The expiration date is 18 months from that date. For example, if the Manufacturing Date is 09/2024 then the Expiration date is 03/2026.
