    it just works

I know supplements depend on the person, but this one really did work some wonders for me. I only take two capsules a day, and that has been sufficient to keep up my supply.

    Can definitely tell the difference

10/10 recommend. Entering third week of pumping (baby kept breaking blood vessels in my nips via solely breastfeeding 🙃), and I can definitely tell the difference in output of when I take this supplement

once a day vs the 2-3 times the instructions recommend. As baby is growing, the additional ounces matter so much!

    More fat in milk

I started with cash cow at 36 weeks pregnancy and I had enough milk right before and after delivery, to kickstart the breastfeeding. After delivery I switched to milkaplooza and liquid gold. My baby still doesnt latch so I pump and I can see the fatty layer getting thicker when I take the capsules. If I don't take them, the fatty layer decreases. Plus baby is growing good. Even the nurses at the NICU kept asking me what I eat because my milk is 'really good'. So I will keep ordering.

FAQs

What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.
