We separate our doses because your nutrient needs change throughout the day. Our AM dose includes ingredients to help support all-day energy levels and mood, while our PM dose includes ingredients to help you relax and support healthy sleep. We also separate ingredients that don’t play nice together like iron and zinc, which may interfere with each other’s absorption.* Our AM capsule is also equipped with a delayed-release capsule design, which helps ensure the vitamins and minerals make it past your stomach for optimal absorption.*

Our capsules are made with plant-based and chelated vitamins and minerals for easier digestion and absorption.* We made sure to include a more gentle form of chelated iron that is generally less constipating than other forms of iron (IYKYK).*(7)
