    Great Products!!

    I got these supplements after having a drop in supply when my baby couldn't breastfeeding due to medication I was taking making her tired. I had to pump and dump for 2 weeks and not having her at the breast made my supply slowly go down. My supply dropped again as soon as I ran out so I'm restocking now!! I liked the option of trying multiple products to see what worked for me and Liquid Gold is my favorite.

    Fewer clogged ducts

    Gave Me Peace of Mind and a Consistent Supply

    I started taking Liquid Gold after a few bouts of illness that killed my supply. FAQs

What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.
