So I started using this product when I found out my baby was having a reaction to fenugreek. Originally I had started my breastfeeding journey using fenugreek my output was just enough for feeding. But my daughter developed terrible eczema all over her body it was heatbreaking. We had to eliminate things one at a time to find out what the cause was (It felt like it took forever) I left fenugreek as the last thing because my breastfeeding consultant told me to take the supplement so it didn't occur to me until we exhausted all other options (diapers, soap, detergent, even bottles soap) so I found legendary milk the fenugreek free on the label was a huge relief for me and reading the story about the founder and her sons reaction to fenugreek really opened my eyes everyone is different. It took days for the fenugreek to leave my body and her skin to clear up and as that time passed I was struggling to produce crying all the time worried and stressed I wasn't feeding her enough I even gave her 4-6 oz of formula at night to make sure she was a well fed baby. THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT PLEASE MOMS REMEMBER THIS and give yourself GRACE a FED BABY is all that matters.
