Almost every breastfeeding mother has experienced the dreaded "slacker boob." While one breast is the super-producer, the other breast won't seem to get with the program. We can't guarantee that Lechita will turn your "dud" into a "stud" but it'll do its darnedest to try!
Our Lechita® lactation supplement contains 4 powerful organic herbs that enhance milk flow and promote digestive well-being for both mother and baby. Fennel seed can optimize the quantity and quality of breast milk while other supporting herbs provide calming effects that may reduce stress and tension, prompting the milk letdown reflex. Anise and caraway are also traditionally used as digestive support for mom and baby.
Try our lactation capsules instead of indulging in high-sugar lactation cookies, bars, and treats.
Try one lactation product at a time for at least 7-10 days to determine which supplement works best for you.
Take 2 capsules 3 times daily.

I am very prone to clogged ducts and it seems to take forever to pump enough milk to get relief. I used to pump for SEVERAL minutes before any milk started coming out now it is almost instant and I get minimum two let downs per pump session!! My supply increased and no longer looks like skim milk it has a decent amount of fat and is much whiter in appearance!!!! Worth EVERY penny! As the mother of a premie getting a good milk supply was such a cause of stress. Legendairy milk products have been such a blessing!
