How to Use Spectra Pump Parts with Your Duette™ Breast Pump Take the Duette tubing and remove the white tubing connector from one end. You will need to remove the white tubing connector from a second tube in order to pump from both breasts. Connect the Duette tubing end without the white tubing connector to the Spectra backflow protector. Connect the other end of the Duette tubing to your Duette breast pump.
