Meet February's Legendairy Little, Weston

Each month we donate a portion of our proceeds to a child with medical needs through the Legendairy Littles program. During the month of February 2025, we will be featuring Weston.

Since birth, Weston had several struggles that included weight issues, reflux, allergies, and the need for additional tests such as EKGs, swallow studies, and countless appointments. Although challenging, his family kept hope that Weston would outgrow all of these challenges.

Just before he turned 5-months old, Weston experienced his first seizure. After four long days of his seizures continuing to worsen, Weston’s parents received a diagnosis of Lissencephaly, a rare condition characterized by a “smooth brain”. Weston’s condition was not detected during pregnancy screenings, so this diagnosis came as a complete shock for his parents.

Even though this diagnosis is tough, Weston’s family has shown remarkable strength and love. They are determined to support Weston in every way that he needs, helping him reach his full potential. They balance this support while also cherishing every moment with him.

Since his diagnosis, Weston has been showing his strength at Physical Therapy where he is learning new skills every single day. He loves black and white books, mirror books, his light up maraca, and crinkle toys. Weston is always seen with his best friend, his remarkable Mama, Skyeler.
