With my first I was taking sunflower lecithin religiously every day. Now my second I was but I stopped got lazy and didn’t want to take all the supplements I take to keep my milk supply every day. My baby is 7months and wants real food and isn’t eating as much milk as she was. I have a decent freezer stash thanks to liquid gold and cash cow for richness without them I would make barely enough if that. Normally I pump every 4-7hrs 6 being most common and I’m fine. Well I pumped through out the day 8 hrs in between because we had company over and I got busy then at night I was just too tired to do that and woke up to what felt like all around razor sharp rock was inside. So I started pumping did a double pump had no relief. Had a hot shower after a few hrs took sunflower lecithin pumped. Had a 4hr break pumped again added 15mins to the breast that hurt. Then did a salt haakaa session and the picture shows what came out. Took more lecithin. My breast still hurting. Waited a bit longer then doubled pumped again. Took sunflower lecithin and did the haakaa again and the video sows what came painful thing out. I’m feeling 75% better. Thank you legendary milk! I’m definitely going to start taking lecithin regularly again because boy that hurt and I definitely do not was to get mastitis. Will continue to them to get better and before.

Has helped prevent clogged milk ducts and mastitis. I was so prone to getting mastitis prior to getting this and have not gotten it since I’ve started taking this

I got several clogs and ultimately mastitis within the first few months of nursing my first baby. I continued taking lecithin until we weaned around 18 months and had very few issues. I stocked up again before my second baby and started taking it again when he was born. I have taken it regularly since then and have had much fewer issues with clogs this time! I now give this as a gift to anyone planning to breastfeed.

This seemed to be the thing that got me through mastitis. I was so clogged and so much discomfort and I really think this helped. Still using it to avoid clogs.
