Our Lechita® lactation supplement contains 4 powerful organic herbs that enhance milk flow and promote digestive well-being for both mother and baby. Fennel seed can optimize the quantity and quality of breast milk while other supporting herbs provide calming effects that may reduce stress and tension, prompting the milk letdown reflex. Anise and caraway are also traditionally used as digestive support for mom and baby.
Try our lactation capsules instead of indulging in high-sugar lactation cookies, bars, and treats.
Try one lactation product at a time for at least 7-10 days to determine which supplement works best for you.
Take 2 capsules 3 times daily.

My baby is normally very gassy and we have constantly used gas medicine to help her since the first week. Even with frequent burping and upright feedings we still haven’t found a way to help her with her gas. I bought this to help my milk flow and see if it would help ease her tummy and I have noticed a big difference in just the first week. She has an easier time burping or passing gas and she’s so much less fussy as a result. It hasn’t completely solved the problem, but we haven’t used gas medicine nearly as much as we had to before. Definitely love the results!

These are large pills but the coating makes them easy to take and they have little to no taste. I can’t say that I’ve noticed a difference in my supply but I do feel like it’s slowly increasing.
